I was raised in Melba where I gained many skills watching and helping my parents build and remodel our own homes. Growing up in Melba taught me many valuable lessons; one, don’t be afraid to get dirty, two, hard work pays off, three, treat everyone like family! Those core values have contributed to my success today. Today I strive to always be learning, if I don’t know something I am always turning around to learn more about it. I work hard and am not afraid to get into those tight spaces to find out what is going on. The one thing that will prevent me from going into crawlspaces or attics are SNAKES and BADGERS, yep those are two things I am afraid of, ha. My mom taught me never to be afraid to do a “man’s job” because you can do it just as well, if not better, just work as hard as you can and prepare yourself.

I was born and raised in Boise. My father was in law enforcement for over 30 years and my mother worked out at the military base as a civilian. Their jobs allowed me to be raised in a structured, strong-minded, and hardworking atmosphere. As a kid, you learn a lot from the people around you through observation. Although I have never been in service, I often get asked if I served or came from a military family. I believe my upbringing allowed me to be strong-minded, independent, hard-working, and most importantly respectful and honest. I left for a brief stint to Eastern Oregon for college but soon realized my home was back in Idaho and moved back to start what is now my family’s life as an Idahoan. I got into real estate upon moving back and bought my first house at 19 years old. It had some smaller projects that I was able to get hands-on and learn about houses. It wasn’t long before I started buying more properties with more and more projects as I enjoyed the work. As an inspector, I get to help with the dirty work and be the client's eyes during the process so they can make a well-informed decision. There is no better feeling than knowing someone selected you to put their trust in and helping them in their home buying process. These are people and families that will be planting their own roots with their next steps in life in our great state. That trust is huge in my eyes and for that gesture of faith, we treat all clients as an extension of our family.
About the two of us… We are a blended family where we have five kiddos. Like most families, the focus is to support your family, but at the same point, we just focused on working and always questioned if we were doing what was best for us and our family. With having five children to raise and teach, we strive to show them that hard work does pay off and you can have a career that you love doing every day. We do everything we can to raise them with great morals and values as we were taught. We strive day in and day out to be the best role models that we can be for them. We teach our kiddos to work hard and earn what you want as it will not just be given to you. They actively help us with our business and small tasks. When we are not working, we are involved in the kiddos sports, bowling, running, biking, working out, and volunteering when we can
